Project description:

The goal is to develop a serious game that replicates the so-called Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA), a problem originating in biology. The efficiency in solving MSA as well as the quality of the visualization and the game experience will be evaluated, leading to an iterative improvement by means of a feedback loop.

Here you can find more information and the game “Bionigma”.
