FiF Lecture with Prof. Dr Käte Meyer-Drawe

For the upcoming FiF Lecture on 7 May 2024, Prof. Dr Käte Meyer-Drawe could be won. For many years, Käte Meyer-Drawe lectured at Ruhr University Bochum. Since 2015, she has been a full member of the North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences, Humanities and the Arts. In 2022, she received an honorary doctorate from Klagenfurt University. She is regarded as one of the most renowned pedagogues whose work repeatedly addresses the challenges of human learning confronted with new technologies and technical environments. Prof. Dr. Dieter Thomä: “Democracy and Education”

Prof. Dr Dieter Thomä will hold this year's FiF Lecture on 16 May. He teaches philosophy at University of St. Gallen. His works have found great international resonance. He has been a fellow at Max Weber-Kolleg in Erfurt, at Wissenschaftskolleg Berlin and at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, and was also a visiting professor at Yale University (USA), among others.
