The challenge:

In the name of gender equality, more women are supposed to enter STEM fields and take up leadership positions. Quotation, i.e. “half of the cake”, is seen as a solution. But doesn't this approach fail the real problem – which cake are we talking about anyway? And what kind of cake could taste better?
