The challenge:

According to the political consent, there should not only be jobs in Germany, but primarily “good work”. But is it then possible that work research only accompanies the technological development and, if necessary, recommends adaptation measures? Or shouldn't it independently investigate the parameters for good work, by which the development of new technologies or “Industry 4.0” is oriented?
