The challenge:

Cognitive computing is a new paradigm of artificial intelligence. Programs and machines learn from natural interactions and automatically adapt to new contexts. The benefits are obvious but the possibilities still seem somehow scary. The fear of the unknown is not reflected in technical thinking about chances and risks, not in ethical questions about responsibility.
